These guys are amazing! They came out in late Summer 2023 and replaced my evaporator coil the same day I called them. It came with a 10 year parts and 1 year labor warranty. I had some issues again this last Fall and they found that it was a faulty valve on the evaporator. The guys fixed it same day and even though it was past the 1 year labor warranty they still covered everything 100%. Cannot recommend this place enough!

It is a great company to work with! Very nice people, very efficient, reasonable prices, cleans up after themselves, on time to every job, and numberous family members have used them. I would highly suggest KAC to everyone!
And I would like to mention, they came to fix my elderly mom's central heat, (they have helped keep a 24 year old unit running because of lack of funds) finally it was just worn out. It was going to be in the upper 20's that night, they put in a new unit in a few hours!!! Very thankful.

Our AC Went out in June in Kingwood Texas. KAC Express was our second call, and I’m glad we called them. They came right out and gave us options from trying to fix the existing unit that failed to replacing both furnaces and AC systems. Since our systems had not been replaced since Before flooding From Harvey, we ended up replacing both.
